Acron Group Announces 11% Payment Raise for All Employees

Acron Group adjusted the salaries of all employees at its member companies 11% starting 1 January 2023. To this end, the Group will allocate RUB 1.3 billion. 

Salary adjustment for Acron Group employees is made annually in accordance with the collective agreements and the bylaws. In addition to this, the Group reviews employee pay scales on a selective basis twice a year for specialists with rare skills, and critical and stellar performance employees. 

All other benefits in the Group’s collective agreements with employees – including voluntary health insurance, sports and cultural events, recreational facilities and children’s summer camps, wellness programmes and support programmes for long-term employees, – remain unchanged.
